Due to the perishable nature of our products, Mom's Cooking does not accept returns on any food items.
Refunds & Replacements We stand behind the quality of every meal. If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at lamiaelhag1234@gmail.com or (843) 557-5273 with a description and photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations Cancellations may be requested before your order enters preparation. Once preparation has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
